Master Steven Schwab began his journey at Chung's Academy when he was just a year old. He became a student of Tae Kwon Do at the age of 5 and earned his black belt at the age of 15. He has fought over 100 matches in Tae Kwon Do with only 4 losses! Master Schwab began his training in Judo and Kyuk Ki Do at 15 and is a 4 time and defending Ohio Heavyweight Judo Champion.

Master Steven Schwab was born in Dayton, Ohio in 1983. He is an Honors graduate of Kettering High School. Master Schwab holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Wright State University and is married to 3rd degree Black Belt Instructor, Mary Schwab.

 

Master Schwab simultaneously holds 3 black belts in 3 separate martial art forms:

  • 5th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do

  • 4th Degree Black Belt in Judo

  • 4th Degree Black Belt in Kyuk Ki Do

Master Schwab has trained a number of military and law enforcement personnel in self-defense and regularly hosts seminars training the public on basic self-defense techniques.
